terms & conditions

Protect the Wild operates the Wild Raffle Club under a Small Society Lottery license registered with Camden Council, in line with the Gambling Act 2005.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
  • Entrants must subscribe via our Stripe payment link at £5/month.£5 = 1 raffle entry per month.
  • Supporters may set up multiple separate £5/month subscriptions under the same name to receive multiple entries — there is no limit to the number of active subscriptions per person.
  • To qualify for the current month’s draw, payments must be received by 10:00 AM on the 10th of that month.
  • Entries received after this time will be automatically entered into the following month’s draw.
  • Protect the Wild staff and their immediate families and friends are not eligible to enter.

2. The Draw

  • The draw takes place at 12:00 PM on the 10th of each month using a trusted, Google-powered Random Number Generator.
  • Every valid entry is assigned a unique number based on payments — for example, one £5/month subscription equals one entry, while two subscriptions equal two entries, and so on.
  • Three winning numbers are randomly selected, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes awarded in order.
  • The winning numbers and entry details are published shortly after the draw on our Winners page and shared on social media.
  • Winners are also contacted directly within 48 hours of the draw.

3. Prizes

  • Three prizes per month (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), each aligned with our values.
  • Prizes will be announced at least 5 days before the draw via email/socials.
  • No cash alternatives. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value if needed.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Entry is by recurring monthly subscription only.
  • Payments are handled securely via Stripe.
  • No one-off payments or tickets are accepted.
  • Entries are non-refundable. If payment fails, you will not be entered.

5. Transparency & Fairness

  • All draws are conducted fairly using a verified Random Number Generator.
  • Entry numbers are assigned based on a complete and verified list of active subscribers at the time of the draw.
  • By entering, you agree that your first name and last initial may be announced publicly if you win.
  • We never share your full personal details.

6. Legal & Regulatory

  • Operated under a Small Society Lottery license issued by Camden Council.
  • All proceeds go directly to Protect the Wild’s charitable work.
